The apartment is filled with air, contrast and light. To create this effect, the living room was opened up to the kitchen and hallway.
The result is one large, cosy, multifunctional and comfortable space.
It includes a series of well-considered, thoughtfully arranged areas: a spacious kitchen with an island, a dining area for family dinners, and a lounge with a comfortable two-sided sofa and a media portal that makes it possible to watch television even from the kitchen.

An open hallway with a mirrored wardrobe and a special functional solution — concealed built-in cabinets for housing utilities and control systems.

The magic of black lends intimacy to the living room. The minimalist design is underscored by a glossy MDF TV unit and a vast lounge sofa in dark shades of grey.

Geometric forms and colours create an architectural and aesthetic harmony that unites the guest and private areas.

The bedroom’s colour accent is a terracotta bed, complemented by bedside tables made from MDF painted to match the walls.
Particular attention should be given to the desk, which transforms into a dressing table with a single movement of the tabletop.
A console chest of drawers and a wall finished in bronze mirror complete the composition.

A five-year-old boy’s bedroom in gentle pastel shades.
The complex wardrobe structure surrounding the bed is made from EGGER chipboard and features a distinctive detail: natural oak detailing.

A second children’s bedroom for a girl, with an ergonomic and functional school desk, an accent green bed and a wardrobe for all her belongings.

The bathroom is one of the most functionally challenging rooms in the house. In this project, every factor came together: ergonomics, design, furniture, sanitaryware selection and a layout designed for maximum convenience and comfort for the owner.
